Irfan is the Director of Greet Vape and brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in the UK vaping industry. Known for his sharp commercial insight and grounded leadership style, he specialises in retail growth, sales training, and product strategy. His work sits at the intersection of business performance and education, with a focus on real-world results.

What’s your background in vaping?

I’ve worked in the vaping industry since 2009. My experience covers retail operations, wholesale supply, team leadership, and direct customer engagement. Over the years, I’ve helped launch and grow several successful vape businesses. All of this has given me a practical understanding of what sells, what doesn’t, and why.

Where does your expertise come from?

My expertise comes from a mix of direct experience and continuous learning. I started out managing a vape store, then moved into multi-site retail and brand partnerships. I also have a background in education, which helps me explain complex ideas clearly, and it comes in handy when I’m training staff or writing product guides.

How do you build trust with your audience?

Trust, obviously, isn’t something you declare but something you earn. I build trust by being consistent, sharing honest insights, and sticking to what I know works. All of my decisions, including recommending a particular vape kit or designing a training plan, are based on data, customer feedback, and years of lived experience in the field.

Why should someone read your content?

I write for people who actually work in this business, owners, staff, reps, and people who need advice that works on the shop floor. My focus is always on clarity and usefulness. If it doesn’t help you make better decisions or train your team more effectively, it’s not worth publishing.

What kind of content do you create?

Most of what I write is educational and includes onboarding documents, sales playbooks, flavour guides, and product breakdowns. I do not intend these to be generic blog posts but rather as tools for businesses. I try to turn lived experience into usable knowledge.
