Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate retail sales teams to achieve targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth for your branch
• Ensure compliance with UK regulations and company policies.
• Manage and update inventory records.
• Manage team schedules efficiently and assign duties as per the customer foot fall or busy days.
• Make sure to run stock audits frequently to ensure product availability.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally.
• Focus on visual merchandising of the store i.e in-store interactive displays, point of sale displays, shelving, posters etc
• Train staff by organizing product and sales demonstrations as needed.
• Collaborate with upper management on marketing initiatives.
• Maintain minimum staff level all the time by coordinating with the HR department. (Manpower planning and execution)

Requirements:

• Previous retail management experience of at least 3-5 years is a must. Having experience in the vape industry is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of vape products and UK regulations will be an added advantage. ⮚ Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in POS systems, G Suite and MS Office.
