For initiating a return, there's no need for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) form. Simply contact our Customer Support, informing them of your intent to return the order or specific products. When you reach out, please provide the following information:

  • Registered Email Address or Cell Number
  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return
  • List of Items to Be Returned

1.1 - Eligibility and Timeframe:

Customers can initiate a return within 30 days of the original purchase. To be eligible for a return, the items must meet the following criteria

  • Proper Packaging: The items should be in proper packaging.
  • Unused: They must not have been used.
  • Resalable Condition: Items should be in a resalable condition.

1.2 - "Change of Mind" Returns:

If you've had a change of heart about a product, please note the following guidelines:

  • Unopened: The product should remain unopened.
  • Secure Packaging: It must be securely packaged.
  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Include Information: When returning the product, include your assigned Order Number and a brief reason for the return.
  • Tracking Information: Please provide the returned item's tracking information or shipment reference to facilitate tracking.

1.4 - Faulty Product, Damaged Product, Wrong Item Sent, or Missing Item:

If you receive a faulty product, a damaged product, or the wrong item or find an item missing from your order, please contact our customer support team immediately. You can reach us by sending an email to support@greetvape.co.uk. In your email, include a video clearly showing the issue, whether it's a faulty, damaged, or wrong item. We're here to ensure your satisfaction and will work diligently to resolve any issues promptly.

Refund Procedure

At Greetvape, we stand by our products and are committed to making things right if you encounter any issues. Below, you'll find comprehensive details about our refund policies to guide you through various scenarios:

1.0 - Ending Your Contract:

If, for any reason, you need to end your contract with us, we're here to assist. Here are the situations that may lead to contract termination:
(a) Product Errors:
If we notify you of errors in the product price or its description after you've placed an order and you decide not to proceed, we understand. Your contract will be terminated instantly, and you'll receive a full refund for any products you haven't received.
(b) Unplanned Events:
In cases where unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control may affect the supply of the product and cause delays, you have the right to end the contract.
(c) Our Mistake:
If we've made an error on our end, rest assured you can legally terminate the contract.

1.1 - Faulty, Broken, or Expired Products:

If you receive a product that's faulty, broken or has expired, we offer two resolution options:
(i) Discount Code:
We'll provide you with a discount code that includes shipping costs for single items.
(ii) Refund:
If you prefer a refund, we'll process it for the product value. Please note that shipping charges won't be refunded in this case.

1.2 - 14-Day Cooling-off Period: (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

As a UK resident, you're entitled to a 14-day 'cooling-off period' starting from the day you receive the product. If you change your mind within these 14 days, you're eligible for a refund from us.

1.3 - Receiving the Wrong Product:

If you receive the wrong product, we'll promptly request a replacement order for you. If you decline the replacement order, we'll refund the full cost to you.

1.4 - Double Charges or Unplaced Orders:

If you're double-charged for an order or if you paid for an order that wasn't placed, we'll refund the overcharged amounts, including delivery fees.

1.5 - Orders Placed by Individuals Under 18:

Please note that individuals under 18 are not permitted to order using our system. If someone uses their parent's card to place an order, the parents are accountable. In such a situation, we won't issue a refund. To request a refund, the items must be returned in an unopened, resalable condition.

1.6 - How We Refund Your Money?

We will refund the money you spent on products and services using the same method you used for payment.

1.7 - Right to Change Your Mind - Deductions May Apply:

If you return a faulty or malfunctioning product that was initially undamaged, there may be a reduction in your refund amount (excluding delivery charges). Prior to a thorough product inspection, you may need to pay an appropriate price if we refund your amount quickly. We only cover delivery charges if the fault lies with us when refunding delivery.

1.8 - Timeframe for Refunds:

Once you initiate the return, you can expect your refund within 14 days, starting from the day we receive the product. Keep in mind that the refund process begins upon receipt of the product.

1.9 - Faulty or Damaged:

In case of a faulty product that wasn’t malfunctioning in the first place but now has faults after it came to you, expect a slightly reduced refund amount (excl. delivery charges). For quick refunds, we act promptly upon product return. Opt for cheaper delivery to maximise refunds in some instances.
