What’s your experience with vaping, and how did you get started?

I got into vaping when I was trying to quit smoking. I didn’t want to smell of cigarettes anymore, and patches just didn’t cut it. When I started at GreetVape in Liverpool, I saw pretty quickly that most people coming in weren’t vape pros. They just wanted honest answers, no buzzwords, no hard sell. So I kept it simple: share what worked for me and listen to what they needed.

What makes your blog content helpful to beginners, and what’s your expertise?

Because it comes straight from conversations I’ve had in-store over the last couple of years. I don’t write in theory. I am an expert at explaining how to use a device the same way I would if someone were standing in front of me, confused but curious. My writing has no filler; it is just what they need to know.

How do you make sure you’re giving the right and authoritative information?

If I don’t know the answer to a vaping-related question, I’ll say so. But I’ll go and find out. I’ll ask someone, test it myself, or look it up properly. That honesty’s important, because people trust you more when you’re straight with them.

What makes your experience useful and trustworthy?

I’ve been there. I remember wondering what the common ingredients in vape juice, PG and VG, even meant. So when I explain something now, I remember how it felt not to know. That helps me keep it clear without making people feel judged.
